These terms govern use of Ubiquitous, a software service for persistent memory, grounded context, and AI orchestration. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

Ubiquitous is a digital subscription. Plans are billed in USD. Free access may be limited. Paid plans renew each month until you cancel.

You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and how you use model outputs. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to violate others’ rights, or to attempt to break or overload the system.

We may change features, models, usage limits, and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that any model output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers. See the refunds page for cancellation and refund rules.
