Last updated: August 31, 2026
This policy describes how Ubiquitous collects and uses personal information when you use the site and the product.
We collect account information (name, email, what you’d like to be called), authentication data, plan and billing status, usage of the product, and content you save (such as chats and context). If you pay, Stripe processes payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
We use this information to run the service, authenticate you, provide support, bill paid plans, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. If you agree to training use, we may use your content to improve models and the product. You can turn that off in account settings.
We share data with providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, authentication, databases, AI model providers, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your personal information.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, subject to law and what we need to keep for billing or security.
Payment card data is handled by Stripe in line with PCI requirements.
